Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order details. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching a resolution.

Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other events beyond our control may occur.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
